How is it April already? It feels like this year has whizzed past - though nothing says the passing of time like seeing my nephew every fortnight and seeing him learn to wriggle, vocalise and smile.

We think one of the best ways to overcome this embarrassment is to build a really strong community of allies. And, as always, our Fireside community brought some great thoughts to this conversation.
