I hope your July has been kinder than mine! Between the heatwaves and the rainstorms, my chronic stomach condition has been flaring up pretty badly - leading me to work reduced hours over the next couple of weeks. ⁠I’ve been blown over by my team’s response to stepping up, ensuring that our clients get everything they need and the kindness and understanding that’s come from our client base.

I think it’s pretty rare you can take a few weeks almost away and know people really have your back. I wanted to take a chance to roundup our most popular insights from the last quarter in case you missed them.

In May, I took a minute to reflect on my first few years in the Fundraising sector and how they broke me. But, as the slightly cheesy, albeit true analogy says, glow sticks have to break before they can glow. And this is what happened. The break lead to the creation of Fireside, and our warm and welcoming agency has been glowing with you all for 3 years now.
